    I don’t know.  This sounds like a kid waiting for an offer from his dream school (tOSU).

    Am I way off on that?

    Probably not, but no guarantee OSU will offer. If that happens, agreed that he will probably go there. If not, think WVU is in the mix. However, the recent commitment of Randy Fields does narrow down the available WR slots for WVU. Could take one more, I think.
