Glad to see the restrictions, but still a gamble health wise for a team that should go deep this year.  Even in a normal year this team should go deep.

Looks like ESPN downgraded some of the programming.  Last I saw, WVU’s 1st game was on ESPN.  Multiple 2nd and 3rd round games on ESPN.  There was nothing on the U.  Now most on the 2 and many on the U.

This tourney may have been downgraded with teams pulling out but there still isn’t another one out there that is much better being held at the same time.

At least 2 of the time slots for ESPN Weds are much worse matchups than the WVU game and prolly any of the 4 first round games.

2:00 PM Illinois State vs. #23 Ohio State (M Basketball)

4:00 PM Oklahoma State vs. UT Arlington (M Basketball)

7:00 PM #3 Villanova vs. Boston College (Semifinal #1) (2K Sports Classic)

9:00 PM 2K Empire Classic as part of Feast Week presented by Lowe’s (Semifinal #2) (2K Sports Classic)

Is it any more of a risk than going to Iowa or Oklahoma or Texas?

    I think that’s a pretty good prediction.
