I’m a shellfish guy; oysters, clams, lobster, crab.

    For a heartier taste, swordfish.

Yep, shellfish but you have to add mussels and scallops to that list.

After that it goes halibut, cod, grouper and haddock with salmon pulling up the rear.

Hell I probably missed a few.

I got spoiled working for a company in Maine for a few years.

Edit:  How did I forget shrimp?

Maryland Blue Crab, fresh Maine Lobsters (the real McCoy, served in Maine), smoked Salmon (fresh from the Fish Market, in Seattle, trout dip, Melbourne, Australia–in that order.

I know people whose favorite seafood is any food they see.

This is a hard question since I love all seafood. I guess shrimp, scallops, mussels and oysters are my top 4. I am very grateful to live right next to the ocean for super fresh seafood.

Wow, I haven’t been there in about 10 years! Normally my go to seafood places are Acme on IOP, Pearlz Oyster Bar & High Thyme on Sullivans Island. Heck, pretty much every restaurant has good seafood. Now I’m hungry.

Fresh shucked oysters. Muscles. Long Neck Clams. Top 3. Most any fish. Don’t like scallops….. it’s like eating tofu.
