Maybe not in that order!?
How much of each attribute can be measured in the
recruitment process? And when the evaluation is
high, how high is the availability?
At WVU, the probability of getting the highly rated,
usually a 4 or5, is pretty low!
So which one or two of the attributes do you cheat on
and settle for the other ones as a base on which to build?
What other attributes might mitigate the absence of
one of the four main ones?
Or are these really the four most important?
