    As this is a health issue and protected by HIPAA, any such documentation cannot be released or shared.

    Agree with you Sam12.  Why would Brown lie about Martin transferring?  People have a way of really twisting any little thing that’s said and making it into a big deal.  To write a headline that Brown lied is just irresponsible.  Give the man a break!  Also, Martin seems to be a troubled young man.  Just let him and this whole debacle go, people!
