West Virginia has added transfer Lyn-J Dixon from Clemson to its football program. The 5-10, 195-pound running back was little used in 2021, but put u

    Hopefully a nice add

This kid was a serious threat in high school down here. Shifty and very fast. A very good addition.

4* RB in 2018.  Used off the bench over the last 4 years.  Super SR next year.

    Super SR next year.

    Don’t think so.

Definitely will need him.Especially since Leddie Brown is probably gone.

Just saw he used this year as a RS.  So it looks like that he has 2 years of eligibility left.

He didn’t get the nod as first string at Clemson this year.  I’m hoping he is good, but he leaves room for a little doubt.

Didn’t the article indicate he didn’t get the carries, because he was in the coach’s dog house. It appears that he has the talent, so I hope he has a decent attitude

Ok, but why was he in the dog house?  Did he not work hard?  Was he not a team player?  Again, hope he comes in a dominates, but there is a little room for doubt in my mind.

Austin Kendall comes to mind.  4 star recruit from OK, and he was a an adequate backup, but not a starter.

As detailed in our article yesterday.

Watch the video in the article

Kendall didn’t have college experience like what you’ll see in that video

    He’s got skills

If Leddie stays (most think he won’t) the RB room could get a little crowded.

3 FR coming back at this time akong with 3 Walk Ons.

After losing Sparrow to the Portal this year and Williams decommitting, landing Dixon, 4* out of HS with 2 yrs P5 experience on a very good team is a good trade off.

This gives us an upper classman to help the young guys out if/when Leddie moves on.
