Too bad Sharpstene decided to transfer. Looks like he hit his stride and is becoming a top level player.
Covich has done a tremendous job with the program.
Golf program is far better at this point than anyone thought it would be
So, what is considered their home course now? Web site lists The Pines, Pete Dey, Nemacolin, Glade Springs and The Greenbrier. With that list I was surprised that Pikewood National wasn’t also listed.
If one had to be picked, it would be Pete Dye.
It’s no surprise that Pikewood isn’t listed. No relationship between that club and WVU, as we’ve discussed previously.
