Drove by the ball park about 4:00 Sunday.  Cold, dreary day.  Lights were on and looked like a game going on.  Maybe practice?   Nobody in the stands but a lot of cars in the lot.

Practice. All the players and coaches and staffers drive there, so can be 30-40 vehicles.

The Mazey practice rule is that if the temperature is above 30 degrees and there’s no precipitation, the Mountaineer baseball team will practice outside. That’s one of the big benefits of having an artificial turf field, not only in terms of games but also for practice purposes.

Is there a TV schedule out yet for baseball?

All home games will be on either MountaineerTV (the vast majority) or a broadcast outlet such as ATTSportsNet.

Tonight’s game is on YouTube Live.

    Sunday’s game is on ESPN+
