Iowa State Pulls Away From WVU


MORGANTOWN, W.Va.–Injuries across the board, including a first quarter shoulder issue for starting quarterback Austin Kendall, left WVU short handed.

The Mountaineers battled Iowa State to a draw for the first 30 minutes, but the Cyclones pulled away to a 38-14 victory.

West Virginia fell to 3-3 with the loss, while ISU improved to 4-2.
The Mountaineers will be back in action next Saturday when they visit Oklahoma for a noon kickoff.
